Osteopathy is a manual therapy discipline with a main goal of helping restore the human body’s natural equilibrium and harmony.

The osteopath will assess all the systems of the body including the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological, cranial and visceral system, and uses a wide array of manual approaches to reduce and resolve strains, stress and dysfunction in all areas of the body. Structure and function of body parts are interrelated; therefore rather than simply treating the symptom, the body is treated as a whole dynamic entity. A loss in mobility causes functional as well as circulatory and/or nervous limitations. The osteopath will make sure that the different structures and elements of the body remain mobile in order to allow the body to function properly and to support the natural healing mechanism by promoting autoregulation.

  • Acute or Chronic Pain
  • Muscle Spasms
  • Digestive Problems
